Anything priced around $500,000 would be considered a teardown in the Estates, says Lori Schwegel, of ReMax Sundance Realty. Move-in ready homes cost upward of $1 million. The neighborhood, where most homes have a boat in the back yard, has a lot of full-time residents, including older couples and young families. "There are a lot of boaters," says Schwegel. "They have a dock and a boat, and off they go."
