Architect
By using the basement as an option, this home gains an additional 1,200 square feet of entertainment space with a home theatre, a full bar, a walk-in cooler, a large wine cellar, a game area and a powder bath below ground. An elevator, dumbwaiter and laundry chute facilitate the use of all levels while the sunlit central staircase with open treads and risers allows light and air to cascade into the center of the home. Eco-friendly features include solar shingles, on-demand water heaters and energy saving appliances. The master suite with balcony is upstairs as is the his-and-her offices/bedrooms and spa.
Bedrooms: 4
Bathrooms: 3 full baths/2 half-baths
Square feet: 5,099

From the Judges Throughout the house, luxurious touches, such as the second floor spa outdoors, make the home retreat-like.
