See You at the Parade of Homes
This year’s Parade of Homes, slated for May 3-17, will have a variety of homes on display ranging from entry-level production homes to custom estates and everything inbetween. Sponsored by the Homebuilder s Association of Metro Orlando, this year’s Parade features 70 homes. Best of all, much of what you’ll see will be more affordable than you could have possibly imagined in prior years. In fact, this year’s Parade could hardly be better timed. Sales are picking up and prices are firming up—which means those of you who’ve held off venturing into the market until it had found a bottom might want to seriously consider making a move.
