HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY

Toll Brothers begins sales at The Estates at Harbour Isles

Toll Brothers has opened a sales center at The Estates of Harbour Isles, a new community of 57 single-family estate homes in Apollo Beach. Seven floor plans are offered, priced from the mid-$400s.

Blue Meridian premieres

Blue Meridian, a 14-story, 108-unit luxury condominium tower on Rocky Point Island overlooking Old Tampa Bay, has opened its sales center. When built, Blue Meridian will offer more than a dozen open floor plans, ranging from 1,500 to 4,300 square feet. Cortex Resort Living is the builder.

Builders selected for Phase Two at South Fork

Five builders-Lennar, Morrison Homes, Suarez Housing Corp., US Home and Windward Homes-have been tapped to build 893 single-family homes in the second and final phase of South Fork, a master-planned community in south Hillsborough County.

Lennar launches sales in River Bend

Lennar has begun sales in Phase Two of River Bend, a master-planned community on the Little Manatee River in south Hillsborough County. Three floor plans, ranging in size from 1,632 to 1,991 square feet, are offered. Prices start in the $220s.

Windward Homes introduces Bay Park models

Windward Homes has opened two new furnished models in Wellington at Bay Park in Ruskin. The 2,534-square-foot, four-bedroom St. Augustine model is priced from $311,990. The three-bedroom Plymouth model, with 1,271 square feet, is priced starting at $207,990.

Villa Serena carriage home models open

Four furnished models have premiered in Villa Serena, Pulte Homes' first community of carriage homes in Hillsborough County. Floor plans range in size from 1,438 to 1,857 square feet. Prices start in the $190s.

Sales begin in Compass Pointe at MiraBay

Bayfair has begun sales in the maintenance-free village of Compass Pointe at Mirabay, a master-planned waterfront community in south Hillsborough County. Three townhome floor plans provide 2,393 to 2,627 square feet of living space, while two villa designs offer just under 2,000 square feet. Prices start in the $380s.

Cory Lakes Isles expands

Land development has begun on Avatar Properties' new neighborhood of 172 townhomes in Cory Lake Isles, the 600-acre, Mediterranean-themed community in New Tampa. Three- and four-bedroom designs ranging in size from 1,900 to 2,700 square feet will be offered, priced starting in the high $200s.

MANATEE COUNTY

Harrison Ranch set for development

Pulte Homes has begun building its first model homes in the 998-acre community of Harrison Ranch in northwest Manatee County. When completed, Pulte will offer 965 single-family homes and 112 villas priced from the $230s.

Copperstone begins construction

Ryland Homes has started sales in its newest community, Copperstone, in Parrish. Eventually, Ryland will build 504 single-family homes priced starting in the $200s, and 118 townhomes priced starting in the $170s.

PINELLAS COUNTY

Madison Oaks blossoms

Beach Hill Development has opened a sales center at Madison Oaks, a community of 250 condominiums and townhomes on 13 heavily wooded acres in north Pinellas County. Prices start in the low $100s.

HERNANDO COUNTY

Pulte Homes introduces Trillium

Pulte Homes has opened the 1,834-square-foot Denison model in Trillium, a 300-acre community in south-central Hernando County. Community amenities include a pool, cabana and multipurpose field. The company will eventually build more than 890 homes there.

PASCO COUNTY

Inland Homes premieres Nesslewood

Inland Homes is increasing its Pasco County presence with the Nesslewood neighborhood, which consists of 62 single-family homes in Meadow Pointe. Homes will range in size from 2,390 to 3,368 square feet, with prices starting at $299,900.
